  1. This is very bad… my son is bullied quite a bit at school, nothing seems to get done.. my son is a gentle giant, he us 10 and 5’4, one of these days he is going to take care of it, what are you gonna do????

  2. They sure did not ask me. My son’s high school in Barrie has SO many fights. They had a brawl of 60 kids last year. I will be meeting with the Board again. Yes again. They did not want to hear from us last year and here we are again as their has been NO progress. So Call the Board offices and demand to talk and to meet with your Superintendant over your school. Meet with them. Call the School Trustee’s, call the Principals, call the Media and anyone you have to, it will eventually make a dent somewhere. I say if my son is bullied, he can do what ever he needs to to protect himself under the law. The Safe Schools Act is NOT being Acted upon by the Simcoe Country School Board. No they don’t want me to talk about it. But I will as it impacts my child or my friends child then I will talk and loudly until the Administration gets off of their respective butts and does something legitimate and substantial to find an ends to the means.

  3. There needs to be more education around the difference between bullying and conflict. Children will come to a teacher with a complaint of “bullying” that it is often a conflict between 2 students.
