The Simcoe County District School Board has come up with a list of 10 schools it thinks it will need to build or make additions to in the next three years.

As part of its capital plan for 2018-19, the SCDSB has come up with a list of 10 capital projects it is considering submitting to the Ministry of Education for funding.

The board was successful in receiving funding for elementary schools in Bradford, Oro-Medonte and Wasaga Beach earlier this year.

New additions to the list presented at a March 7 business and facilities meeting include: a new Alliston elementary school, two new Barrie elementary schools, a new Bradford south elementary school, a new Orillia elementary school, and additions to Hillsdale Public School and Tottenham Public School….
