A 33-year-old man found passed out behind the steering wheel of his vehicle at a Georgian Bay Township campground has been charged.
Officer’s responded to the call just before 8:30 p.m. on June 30.
Richard Scott of Weston has been charged with care or control over 80 mgs. His vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days and his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days.
He was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Midland on July 12.
