Shared: Midland, Penetanguishene ball hockey players dominate Team Canada rosters

Ten players from the Penetanguishene/Midland Minor Ball Hockey League (PMMBHL) will be representing Canada at the 2018 junior world ball hockey championships.

Ethan Larmand, Justin LeMesurier, Callum Scalan, Ryan Smith, David Summers and Kyler Watson will wear the red and white at the World Ball Hockey Federation under-16 tournament.

“The under-16 level is always an unknown in terms of knowing how we will stack up against our competition, but I am confident that the squad (we’ve) put together will once again be competing for the gold,” said Canada’s high performance director, Steve Dockerty.

Diego Arreola, Nathan Balkwill, Owen Bell and Zachary Berriault will represent the region and pull on the Canadian jerseys as members of the under-18…
