  1. Midland needs to talk to Orillia. If it’s such a guaranteed savings then why do communities like Orillia want to get out? Why did Brockville and other communities turn down such a great savings? There is too much uncertainty in this OPP proposal.

  2. Save you 8mill upfront. Then they will screw you on the operating costs, new building every 2 years cost, training and travel, the OPP is the biggest scam Ontario has running other then these yearly hydro plans that keep changing
