Shared: Patrick Brown discusses People’s Guarantee, Simcoe North at Barrie coffee shop
Patrick Brown may have one of the most recognizable faces in Barrie.
The PC Party Leader, who was first elected to city council in his early 20s in 2000, can rarely appear in public without getting stopped for a few conversations these days. It happened at a Starbucks in the city’s south-end Dec. 15, when Brown met Simcoe.com for an exclusive one-on-one. The newspaper picked the city, the Simcoe North MPP selected the coffee shop.
He says his heart is always in the Barrie area, even if his schedule as leader of a major provincial political party often draws him to other sections of Ontario.
