Penetanguishene residents will have a chance to meet the candidates running in the Oct. 22 municipal election.

A meet-and-greet will be held in Brian Orser Hall at the community centre from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 16.

The mayoral candidates, two deputy mayoral candidates and 20 council candidates have all been invited.

It will be an informal session. Voters will be given a chance to sit down and have one-on-one conversations with the candidates to ask the questions that matter most to them.

Profiles on each candidate can be found at www.simcoe.com. These profiles are in the own words of the candidates and include biographical details, where the candidates stand on local issues and contact information.
