Shared: Portarama a Victoria Day weekend tradition in Port McNicoll

The community of Port McNicoll is proudly hosting its 34th annual Portarama festival over the Victoria Day weekend.

“It’s a big accomplishment for such a small town to keep it going for so many years,” said Sheri Black, the co-ordinator of the Saturday craft show.

This year the show is expected to attract 70 vendors to the Talbot Park arena.

Every year, the Lion’s Club hosts a barbecue and pancake breakfast. This year the barbecue runs Thursday through Saturday at Garrett’s Convenience with a pancake breakfast Sunday at the Port McNicoll Community Centre.
