The County of Simcoe is accepting applications for its Arts, Culture, and Heritage Grant Program.
In 2017, the county funded more than 40 projects and organizations through the grant.
This year, the grant will provide up to $200,000 in annual funding divided among successful candidates.
“We have tremendously creative and innovative entrepreneurs working in our arts and culture sectors who help drive tourism and support our local economy,” Warden Gerry Marshall said in a prepared release.
The vision of the program is to support and enhance arts, culture and heritage in the county.
Applicants can submit an Expression of Interest by Jan. 12, but it is not mandatory to receive the grant.
