A 55-year-old Tiny Township man has been charged after a three vehicle collision at the intersection of King Street and Yonge Street in Midland on June 10.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP responded to the crash shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Sunday night. Officers spoke with the involved drivers to find the cause of the collision. Upon speaking to the man believed to be at fault, officers entered into a drinking and driving investigation and transported him back to the local detachment.

William M. Copegog has been charged with careless driving, driving while using a cellphone, failure to have an insurance card and for being a novice driver with a blood-alcohol content above zero.

Copegog will appear before in court in Penetanguishene at a future date to face…
