A Victoria Harbour resident witnessed a crash in today’s dangerous driving conditions.

Janice Cofell said she was getting her newspaper at the end of her driveway when a vehicle lost control and rolled over on Hwy. 12.

“They were driving way too fast for the icy roads,” she told simcoe.com “I started up the driveway and heard a great big BANG!” 

Cofell said no one was injured. Another motorist helped the occupants out the car and they waited for police in that person’s truck.

“What if the driver had lost control and injured someone else?”
